DESCRIPTIONS / CONDITION - The
Auctioneer has put forth every
effort to provide as accurate
of a description of all items
into preparing this auction
catalog. The Auctioneer shall
not be responsible for the
correct description,
authenticity, genuineness of
or defect in any lot and makes
no warranty in connection
therewith. No allowance will
be made or sale set aside on
account of incorrectness,
error in cataloguing or any
imperfection not noted. No
deduction will be allowed on
damaged articles as all goods
being exposed to public
exhibition are sold "as is"
"where is" with no guarantees
implied and without recourse.
All sales are final. It is the
bidders responsibility to
determine the exact condition
of each item. Printed
statements of description are
provided in good faith and are
matters of opinion.
Bidder ? Acknowledges that the
auction site is a potentially
hazardous area. Every person
at the auction site, during &
after the sale shall be deemed
to be at his or her own risk.
Note: All bidders are bound by
their signature on the
bidder?s registration. Please

ADDITIONS / WITHDRAWALS - The
Auctioneer has sole discretion
to reject any and all bids and
reject a nominal advance and
reserves the right to withdraw
from sale any items listed or
to sell items not listed. The
auctioneer reserves the right
to group one or more lots into
one or more selling lots or to
subdivide into more selling
lots. Wherever the best
interest of the seller will be
served, the Auctioneer
reserves the right to sell all
of the items listed in bulk or
individually or subject to
confirmation of owner.
BIDDING - All bidders (both
on-site and internet) must
provide their name, address,
daytime phone number and e-
mail address. This is to
insure good communication
between The Hamilton Group and
the bidder throughout their
transactions.
PREMIUM / SALES TAX - A 15%
Buyers Premium will be charged
on all purchases. Internet
Buyer's Premium is 18%.
Sales tax will be charged to
the buyer unless Auctioneer is
provided with a copy of their
Sales Tax Exemption form at
time of registration. CT Sales
Tax: 6.35%
Payment should be in CASH,
COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECK WITH
A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE,
CASHIERS CHECK, OR WIRE
TRANSFER made payable to The
Hamilton Group, LLC. The full
purchase price on all lots
sold to the same buyer must be
paid to a representative of
the Auctioneer within 48 hours
of the auction within the time
fixed and before the removal
of any items unless other wise
announced. Online Bidders will
be faxed or e-mailed a copy of
their invoice payment must be
made within 48 Hours of the
completion of the auctions. In
default of payment of bills in
full within the time herein
specified, the auctioneer in
addition to all other remedies
allowed by law, may retain all
monies received as deposit or
otherwise, as liquidated
damage. Lots not paid for and
removed within the time
specified herein may be resold
at public or private sale
without further notice, and
deficiency together with all
expenses and charges of re-
sale, will be charged to the
defaulting purchaser.
ON-LINE - To enable customers
to participate in our auctions
with out the travel expense
and lost time, buyers will pay
a fee equal to 18% of the
purchase price when buying on-
line. Our on-line auctions
move quickly! If you win an
item(s) in the auction, you
will be notified by e-mail.
Register prior to 9:30 am on
day of auction to assure your
approval for bidding at the
auction.
DISPUTES - if any dispute
arises between two or more
bidders, the Auctioneer may
decide the same or may
immediately put the lot up for
sale again and resell to the
highest bidder. The Auctioneer
shall be the final judge in
all bidding disputes and shall
determine the top bidder. The
decision of the auctioneer
shall be final and absolute.
RECORDS - The record of sale
kept by the auctioneer and
bookkeeper will be taken as
final in the event of any
dispute
LOT COUNT - Where items are
sold by estimated count,
measure or weight, the
purchaser will be billed for
and required to pay for the
estimated count, measure or
weight. If, any shortage
exits, the purchaser will
receive a refund at the rate
of purchase. If there is an
excess, the purchaser is
required to take items and pay
for the excess, at the rate of
purchase.
REMOVAL - Shall be at the
expense, liability and risk of
the purchaser. No forklift or
equipment can be used in the
removal of items unless the
rigger shows proper insurance.
Purchases will be delivered
only on presentation of paid
bill. Auctioneer shall not be
responsible for goods not
removed within the time
specified and shall have the
option of removing and storing
at the expense and risk of the
purchaser any article
purchased but not paid for and
removed within the specified
time. CLAIMS - No claims will
be allowed after goods are
removed from premises. Some
items will require a rigger
only for removal. Annoucements
made day of sale take
precedent.
RESERVES - The Auctioneer
reserves the right to reject
any and all bids. On lots
upon which there is a reserve,
the Auctioneers shall have the
right to bid on behalf of the
seller.
AGENT - The Auctioneer is
acting as agent only and is
not responsible for acts of
the principals.
